Rolling Hills Ranch Christmas

Luke 2:8-14 - It is incredible that it was shown on TV networks back in the day - I have read that Schulz had to fight to get that to air… It is unfortunate that networks are only worried about crushing morals and values vs. putting a little bit of light and possible salvation into people’s lives.

To EVERYONE! Merry Christmas… not happy holidays. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Well - I know it is early - but there has already been a lot of sacrifice to make everything happen!

1. Jesus - without him where would we be?  Exactly…

2. My Wife - for putting up with the long nights of me working in the garage or spending too much time on the PlanetChristmas.com forums…

3. My Family - for telling me that I am just crazy!  I kind of like that  My Dad for sending me all of the adapters for the extension cords - for my Brother Dallas for committing to help setup - he has no clue what he is getting himself into!

I am really excited about this year - the addition of the LOR controllers is really going to improve the display… I haven’t had as much time as I want to build the sequence files (which control the lights to the music) - but I was able to convert the 16 and 32 channel sequences to my 96 channel display - so far - Carol of the Bells, Wizards of Winter (of course) and Lucy & Linus…

Well - we are beginning the setup this Sunday - Chargers have a bye week - so this gives us the opportunity to get A LOT done! (Considering I have been so bummed the last 2 Sundays hearing about their losses).

We will be posting photos - but I need to move our site to another server which has better image and video support!

Last year - we had around 18,000 mini-lights - this year we have double the lights - and included a fully animated display - currently synchronized to 3 Christmas songs.
